$185 per 50 minutes individual sessions
$200 per 50 minutes couples or family sessions
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Medical Psychology Services is within the network of providers with Aetna and Medicare. Medical Psychology Services processes Medicare claims as a courtesy to our clients at no additional charge. All other clients are provided with the necessary information that your insurance company may ask, (with your permission of course) so that you may file claims at your convenience.
Reduced Fee
Medical Psychology Services is within the network of providers with Aetna and Medicare. For the named subscribers, services will be provided at the contracted rate which is often lower than the actual rates of the services. For the purpose of making mental health services available at an affordable rate to the community, there is a half day clinic where services are offered on a sliding scale and is based on a first come first serve basis. Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the time that we have agreed upon to meet and speak with you as being your time. We do not schedule any other activities during this time. It is very important that we learn 72 hours in advance If there is going to be a change in the plan. In the event that you cancel without this prior notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
